She founded Little Crown Interiors in 2008, focusing her design studio on nurseries and child spaces after seeing this specialized skill missing from other firms. Bringing together beauty, functionality and safety, Naomi believes in creating spaces for her clients that are unique, intentional and curated.
Kaila and Naomi have a thorough discussion about how overwhelmed most parents feel about turning one of their bedrooms into a baby's room, how little babies actually need in their nursery, and how social media has turned interior design into some perfection competition that none of us will ever win (nor should we really be striving to). While Kaila and Naomi talk about wanting items that grow with the child and the importance of safety, they also touch on the privilege that naturally comes with being able to afford luxury baby items and an interior designer in the first place.
